This week has been chaotic. I have been reminded how to do some of the Jump Jam routines, and been to a meeting about the boy’s team for nationals. We had Food Technology on Tuesday and that was the last lesson, so we had to invite people and give them an entrée, main and dessert. Beef wasn’t there so we only had an entrée and dessert, and we only had one person show up! It went all right and it was a fun last lesson for Food. The most exciting thing that happened this week was getting chosen for Head Student because that has been my goal for this year and the end of last year because I saw what they got to do. This morning we did some jobs for Mr. McCabe such as: Updating the Student Notice Board, Taking down the disco photos and putting them in a scrapbook. The other two Head Students and I have to write a speech to introduce ourselves to the school. I can see what they have to do as a Head Student and from that I can tell this year is going to be a challenge for me. This week in maths I have been learning about BEDMAS and how to figure it out easily. For example 3 x(2×10 +15)=105.
My goal for next week is to be finished my English and be towards the end of my maths and I will achieve this by focusing on my work and not getting distracted by others.

Congratulations on being chosen as one of the Head Students. You are really going to have to manage your time this year as you may miss quite a bit of class time due to Head Student responsibilities. That can’t be used as an excuse not to finish class work!
